Pledge of a Steward

We do not bend our knee in supplication to management

Nor do we beg them to do for us

Rather, we ask them to abide by the contract they agreed to

We neither need, nor ask for their forgiveness

The Virtures of the Steward

Courage

I face my fear and defend my family and kindred from all dangers

Discipline

I do what is necessary and right of my own accord without bribe or threat

Fidleity

I am true to my family, friends and kindred to those I pleage my service

Honour

I stand by my oaths and honor those that came before by keeping my name pure

Industiousness

I take joy in labour and hold nothing back in the work I have pledged to do

Perseverance

I press on against all odds until my goal is met and the task is finished

Self Relience

I learn skills and grow strong so that I may earn my way in the world

Truth

I seek the truth even though it may be a hard truth. I will dend the truth from those who do not honor it
